Somatic Serenity - The Course

Somatic Serenity is a foundational course for healing body dysmorphia, rebuilding confidence, and creating a safer relationship with food, movement, and your body.
This self-paced online course helps you break free from the binge–restrict cycle, regulate your nervous system, and shift the way you relate to your body—from control and criticism to connection and care.
Here, movement becomes medicine, not punishment—and self-talk becomes something you can consciously rewire.
This is my signature method, created from the exact somatic, nervous-system-based techniques that supported my healing from a 10+ year eating disorder—and that I now teach to hundreds of students worldwide.
